REBECCA LEANNE MAKEUP ARTISTRY – TERMS & POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Rebecca Leanne Makeup Artistry. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following terms and policies that apply to all services.

1. Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Rebecca Leanne Makeup Artistry, you agree to the following:

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all bookings. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, prior to the start of any service.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened at the discretion of the artist.

Group Bookings, Weddings & On-Location Services

  • Group and bridal bookings must be confirmed in advance with a 50% non-refundable retainer fee based on the total quoted amount.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

  • Any reductions in the number of services booked must be made at least 14 days in advance. Reductions after this point will still be charged in full.

  • Travel fees will apply for on-location bookings and will be quoted at the time of inquiry based on travel distance and time.

  • A minimum booking value may be required for on-location services; this will be discussed during the consultation.

  • Clients must provide a suitable space with adequate lighting, seating, and access to electrical outlets for on-location services.

2. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • The 50% retainer fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows may impact your ability to book future services.

  • In the rare event that Rebecca Leanne Makeup Artistry must cancel your appointment, a full refund of any payments made (excluding completed services) will be issued, or you will have the option to reschedule.

3. Accessibility Policy

Rebecca Leanne Makeup Artistry is committed to inclusivity and accessibility for all clients:

  • Please notify us during booking if you have any specific accessibility needs (e.g. mobility, sensory, or medical accommodations).

  • Mobile/on-location services are available and can be arranged in advance based on your needs and location.

  • Service animals are always welcome.

We aim to make every client feel confident, safe, and supported during their beauty experience.

4. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information:

  • Information Collected: Includes your name, contact details, appointment history, and any relevant skin or medical information you voluntarily provide.

  • Purpose: Information is used to manage bookings, deliver personalized services, and communicate with you professionally.

  • Data Protection: All client information is stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

  • Photos & Media: With your explicit consent, before-and-after photos may be used for promotional or portfolio purposes. You will always be asked before any media is taken or shared.
